I’ve worked in the tourism industry for over 20 years, and along the way I’ve explored some incredible destinations. But no matter where I’ve gone, food has always been the most memorable part. It’s how I connect with a place, understand its people, and get a feel for its culture. That passion led me to complete a Master of Gastronomic Tourism through Le Cordon Bleu, and it’s also what inspired this site.

Taste Marketplace was born from a simple idea: foodies like us need an easier way to find food and wine experiences when we travel. From cooking classes to market tours to vineyard tastings, it can be surprisingly tricky to find it all in one place. So I created a central hub where you can search, compare and book food and wine tourism experiences in top culinary destinations around the world.

I’ve started with Australia, because that’s home, and because it’s packed with incredible producers, chefs and food stories worth discovering. Over time, I’ll be adding more destinations and experiences to the mix.
