Check-in details

• Please arrive 20 minutes prior to cruising. The boat does not wait: The boat departs according to schedule. We cannot wait for guests, even if you are only a few minutes late. No refunds will be given when you miss the boat due to late arrival. Up to management discretion, guests can rebook for a rebooking fee.
• Cruises operate in rain and shine: Our cruises operate in all weather conditions, guests are not able to cancel or reschedule due to the weather. In case of dangerous weather or river conditions, management can reschedule. In this instance we will contact guests as soon as possible, generally 24 hours prior to cruising.
• Daylight Savings Time: If you travel with us during Daylight Savings Time, please double check your departure time. This cruise departs on Queensland Time (AEST / GMT+10).

What to bring

• Sun Protection

  Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to stay protected while enjoying time on the river.

• Layered Clothing

  Weather can shift, so it’s best to dress in layers for comfort.

• Easy-to-Remove Footwear

  Slip-on shoes are ideal, as off-the-water activities are included.

• Roll-Up Pants or Shorts

  Wear pants that can be easily rolled up or opt for shorts—some activities may involve getting your feet a little wet.

Suitable to most guests. Please contact us if you have an electric wheelchair, due to size restrictions.

Cancellations

Please note: Our cruises operate in rain and shine.

Operator Cancellations: If we need to cancel your booking due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit. Please note, if minimum numbers are not met the operator may cancel or reschedule cruise.

Customer Cancellations (within 7 days of travel): Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure are non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances, we may offer a cruise credit, subject to discussion at the time of cancellation. Cruises still operate in rainy weather.

Customer Cancellations (outside 7 days of travel): Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund, cruise credit, or the option to rebook at no additional fee.

No-shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled trip will result in a charge for the full price of the booking.

Late arrivals: Cruises depart at the scheduled time. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Late arrivals will be considered no-shows.
