What You’ll Discover:
- Our farming philosophy – Learn how we grow nutrient-dense food by working with the land, using regenerative techniques like composting, crop rotation, and animal systems to build soil health and restore natural balance.
- The gardens, orchards, and food forest – Seasonal and spray-free, our produce is grown slowly, seasonally, and shaped by the rhythms of nature.
- The animals – You’ll see our chooks, ducks, Nigerian Dwarf goats, sheep, and Hilda the Highland calf. Learn how they each play a part in keeping the farm ecosystem thriving.
- The people behind it all – Discover how our community of farmers, chefs, educators, florist, fermenters and change-makers work side by side to grow, feed, educate, and give back.
