 No, you don’t need to book in advance, but we highly recommend it, as our tours have limited availability and can fill up quickly.

2. What’s included in the tour?
 All tastings, a gourmet lunch, and return transfers are included. You’ll enjoy a variety of cheeses, chocolates, tropical wines, spirits, and fresh local produce.

3. Do I need to be 18+ to join the tour?
Yes, this is an adults-only tour. However, older teenagers may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Alcohol tastings are only available for guests 18 and over. Non-alcoholic alternatives are available at some stops.

4. Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! We can accommodate vegetarian & gluten-free diets.
We do not cater for Vegan or Halal.

8. Is There an Opportunity to Swim on Tour?
No, our tours do not include swimming.
If you’re looking to cool off, we recommend enjoying a swim in your resort’s pool or booking a snorkelling adventure on the Great Barrier Reef for an unforgettable experience.

9. What happens if it rains?
Our tours operate rain or shine, and we provide umbrellas if needed. The rainforest is stunning in wet weather!

10. Can I customize a private charter?
Yes! Our private tours are fully tailored—tell us what you’d like to see, and we’ll make it happen!

11. Do I Need to Wear Enclosed Shoes?
Enclosed shoes are not required, but we highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes for your safety and comfort.
Some stops on the tour, including wineries, farms, and rural properties, may have gravel paths or uneven surfaces.
Sandals, flip-flops, or casual footwear are fine, but flat, supportive shoes will enhance your experience, especially when walking between tastings.

12. How Many Passengers Per Tour?

Our Outback Tasting Tour operates with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 20 guests per tour.
This small-group experience ensures a personalized and relaxed atmosphere while allowing us to visit boutique venues with ease.
Private charters are available for groups looking for a tailored experience.
Booking early is recommended, as spaces are limited!

Cancellation & Extreme Weather Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our guests.
More than 24 hours before departure – Full refund or free rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours before departure – No refund, as we have already made arrangements for your experience.
No-shows or late arrivals – Unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
Extreme Weather Policy
Your safety is our priority! Our tours operate rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather conditions (such as cyclones, flooding, or dangerous winds) where it is unsafe to proceed, we will:
Offer free rescheduling to another available date.
Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

13. Is There a Lot of Walking Involved?

Minimal walking is required on our Outback Tasting Tour. We provide comfortable transport between stops, ensuring a relaxed experience.
At most venues, guests are dropped off right at the entrance, making it easy to step inside and enjoy the tastings.
Some stops, such as wineries and farms, may have short walks on gravel or grass, but there are no long distances to cover.
If you have mobility concerns, please let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

Wheelchairs, Walking Sticks & Mobility Aids
A walking stick is recommended for those needing extra support, as there is minimal walking on tour.
Wheelie walkers cannot be accommodated due to space limitations on our vehicles.
