No, you don’t need to book in advance, but we highly recommend it, as our tours have limited availability and can fill up quickly.

3. Do I need to be 18+ to join the tour?

No, our tours do not include swimming.
If you’re looking to cool off, we recommend enjoying a swim in your resort’s pool or booking a snorkelling adventure on the Great Barrier Reef for an unforgettable experience.

Our tours operate rain or shine, and we provide umbrellas if needed. The rainforest is stunning in wet weather!

11. Do I Need to Wear Enclosed Shoes?
Enclosed shoes are not required, but we highly recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes for your safety and comfort.

Our Outback Tasting Tour operates with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 20 guests per tour.

Cancellation & Extreme Weather Policy

More than 24 hours before departure – Full refund or free rescheduling.
Less than 24 hours before departure – No refund, as we have already made arrangements for your experience.
No-shows or late arrivals – Unfortunately, no refunds can be given.
Extreme Weather Policy
Your safety is our priority! Our tours operate rain or shine, but in the event of severe weather conditions (such as cyclones, flooding, or dangerous winds) where it is unsafe to proceed, we will:
Offer free rescheduling to another available date.
Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

13. Is There a Lot of Walking Involved?
Minimal walking is required on our Outback Tasting Tour. We provide comfortable transport between stops, ensuring a relaxed experience.
At most venues, guests are dropped off right at the entrance, making it easy to step inside and enjoy the tastings.
Some stops, such as wineries and farms, may have short walks on gravel or grass, but there are no long distances to cover.
If you have mobility concerns, please let us know at the time of booking, and we’ll ensure your experience is as comfortable as possible.

A walking stick is recommended for those needing extra support, as there is minimal walking on tour.
