Be immersed in the process of winemaking and history of Queensland’s Granite Belt wine region on a “behind the scenes” tour of Sirromet’s state-of-the-art winery facility, followed by a tasting of 6 of our most popular Granite Belt wines. Following this 90 minute experience, relax at Cellar Door for a café burger lunch with a side of salad & chips, served with a soft drink.

Cancellations

If an experience has been booked via an experience voucher or gift voucher, or through any redeemable coupon from a third-party website, the voucher is deemed as ‘used’ once a booking has been made.

For bookings for 1 to 9 Adults:
Cancellations: A full refund can be provided if we are notified of this more than 48 hours before the scheduled experience start time. If a booking is cancelled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled experience start time, a cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations of this experience within 24 hours of the booking time will lead to forfeiture of the voucher and no refunds will be possible.
Re-scheduling: No re-scheduling fee is charged if more than 48 hours of notice is provided. If a booking is re-scheduled within 24-48 hours of the scheduled experience start time, a re-booking fee will be charged. The booking cannot be re-scheduled or changed within 24 hours of the scheduled experience start time. The experience is forfeited if a cancellation request is submitted with less than 24 hours’ notice

For bookings for 10+ Adults: All cancellation requests must be submitted more than 7 days prior to the start of the experience to receive a refund or to be re-scheduled with no additional costs (subject to availability).
If changes to numbers are requested within 7 days of the booking date, we are unable to guarantee that this can be facilitated.
If full cancellation of the booking is made within 7 days, the booking will be forfeited, and no refunds can be given.

If Sirromet is unable to provide you with this experience, all money will be refunded. Sirromet is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancellation.

All changes and cancellations must be mad in writing to tourism@sirromet.com
No-shows will lead to forfeiture of the experience. No refunds or credit transfers will be possible.
This cancellation policy applies only to direct bookings.
If you booked through a third-party website, their cancellation policy applies.

Please be aware that all bookings and credits can only be held for 3 years from the purchase date. Guests can still rebook the experience within this period; however, extra fees may apply if the price changed.
