Hosted in the Wool Shed, Barrel Shed or outdoors (weather permitting)

Begin with a glass of Genisse sparkling, a vineyard tour, and buggy transfer to The Bull Paddock – our highest vineyard block. From there, board a helicopter for a 20-minute scenic flight over Heifer Station and Mt Canobolas.

After landing, enjoy a seasonal private experience: a fireside tasting in winter or a picnic in summer, featuring six single-vineyard wines and a gourmet platter of cheese, charcuterie, fresh produce, and sweets.

Bookings require 72 hours’ notice. Available for guests 18+ only.
